Bringing these insights into professional coaching, my practice is focused in helping senior level executives establish top candidacy and my approach follows themes of confident positivity, organization, process, goals and labour intensive detail accuracy. It isn’t a formula, but it is a foundation I refer to and upweight where relevant. I am also focused on keeping a lens on your marketability and skills equity - to ensure that whatever content is being created, or, plan that is taking shape - you build upon what you have achieved to date in your career.

Most themes across all services involve Clarity, Definition, Positioning or Reframing and Professional Presentation.

Professional coaching options are short term of 1-2 sessions with an executive line-0f-sight for a quick turn around that you can action on right away! Sessions are conducted primarily via Phone (but can be on Zoom) and are a combination of Discussion and Activity, IE: content review, Q&A, counsel, strategic analysis, providing/revising content for you etc., and some packages include professional tools provided to you afterwards, IE: Resume Template, Resume Tips, Interview Guide, etc.
