TALENT ARTS is owned and operated by Rachel Brown, an independent Senior Executive Recruiter. Rachel’s background begins on Beverly Glen, Los Angeles, growing up with a steady influx of creative people around her, given her father’s career as an international Cartoonist and single-cell animator. She started her career in Canada in the Advertising industry working at leading agencies Leo Burnett, DDB, FCB, etc., partnering with tier-one CPG businesses of P&G, Kraft, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola and J&J, developing brand campaigns and communication strategies.

Rachel moved into recruitment in 2013 to build the agency division in a boutique search firm, successful establishing the capability, growing existing clients and new business. In 2017, she moved independently to start her own search practice specialized in Marcom, Agency, Digital and Creative. She has spoken at the MARS centre for Digital Day, served as Chair for the Humber Advertising and Marketing Communications Advisory Committeeas Corporate Consultant with OCAD University and is currently on a 3 year term Program Advisory Committee with Centennial College.

She consults with other academic institutions and businesse within her fields of expertise and provides Executive Coaching as another division of her business - helping senior executives strengthen their candidacy.

TALENT INNOVATION is owned and operated by Tracy Muxlow, a Senior Executive Recruiter. After graduating from the Commerce program at Queen’s University, Tracy spent 15 years in progressive marketing roles for world class organizations such as Kraft, Unilever, Coke and Nike. Given her passion for people and building exceptional teams, she moved into recruiting in 2008 as a partner with a mid-sized search firm and in 2017 started her own company, Talent Innovation. She has built a strong reputation as a high-performing headhunter, committed talent partner and career coach to working professionals at all levels.

Tracy has also worked part-time for over 10 years with the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University as a Career Advisor for students interested in careers in marketing and related functions. She knows what companies are looking for in young talent and can help provide invaluable career guidance to both university and high school students.

As a mother with 2 kids in business school at university and another in high school, she is well versed in the challenges of getting young people on the right path and launched successfully!
