COACHING OPTIONS
All coaching sessions or packages cover the tools or the stages of your professional Candidacy and are divided between Resume services (IE: Resume Revival & Resume Renewal) and Consultative services (IE: Job Search, Promotion Planning, Interview Preparation, Cover Letter, Linkedin, Career Positioning/Strategy, Offer Negotiation, Portfolio Refresh, New To Canada Orientation, etc.)
Sessions are conducted over the phone in a highly collaborative manner and consist of a combination of pre-review, review, discussion and activity. All sessions begin with a debrief to understand your career history and current career situation, as well as your challenges and career goal.

I have worked with, or for, an esteemed roster of leading companies throughout my career, whether partnering with CPG Marketing and MarCom teams, developing leading ad campaigns within Strategy and Advertising, or, leading Executive Recruitment with top companies. From this collective experience, I have studied success and value across brands and people and have identified many attributes and behaviours to benchmark against.
Bringing these insights into professional coaching, my practice is focused in helping senior level executives establish top candidacy and value at whatever career stage they are in. My approach follows themes of confident positivity, organization, process, goals - and labour intensive detail accuracy. It isn’t a formula, but it is a foundation I refer to and upweight where relevant. I also keep the lens on your marketability and skills equity - to ensure that whatever content is being created, or, plan that is taking shape - you build upon what you have achieved to date in your career.
